Pause for Prayer
‘Make us Christ-like, O God,
not merely people who name the name of Jesus.
Give us your Holy Spirit
so that we, too, may take up our cross,
bear within ourselves the cost of sin and
allow new relationships and a new world to be born –
By forgiving others, even as we ask them and you to forgive us.

A Prayer for Walking the Way
Lord of all,
as you walked this earth sharing love, grace and mercy,
we pray that we will place our footsteps in yours
and walk where you lead
as we live out your life in our daily living
for Jesus’ sake.
Amen

A Prayer for March
Lord, it is not always easy to pray for things outside ourselves.
Why are so many people bent on evil things ?
But Lord, the number of good people far outweigh the bad and I pray that the good people continue to pass on their good example.
