Pentecost – The Power of the Holy Spirit
We pray that we may stand together, living with the power of the Holy Spirt,
united in God’s love and authority, to be challenged by the extraordinary,
the unexpected, the unexplained, the inequality, the tragedy of war and deprivation.
Lord, give us energy to challenge all the structures which are contrary to
Your teaching and to speak for those whose voices are silenced.
Come, Holy Spirit, come.
